Up to $6,650 per property may be available for eligible City of Toronto basement flood protection work. We help with the plumbing work and documentation homeowners need for their application.

What may be eligible
- Home plumbing assessment.
- Backwater valve and alarm work.
- Sump pump, alarm and battery backup power.
- Foundation drain / weeping tile severance and capping where applicable.
What we help prepare
Homeowners often need invoices, photos, permit records, product information and assessment details. Our role is to make the plumbing work and documentation clear so the homeowner can complete the claim process with confidence.
