WHAT WE LOOK FOR

Understand the program, complete the plumbing work and keep the paperwork organized.

Toronto program note: eligible residential owners may access up to $6,650 per property under the expanded program, including eligible assessment, valve, sump-pump and battery-backup measures. Check the official City program.

COMMON QUESTIONS

Clear answers before the work starts.

Do you guarantee a rebate?

No. Eligibility, approval and payment are controlled by the City program. We help with the plumbing scope and project records.

Should work start before approval?

For Markham new-installation rebates, pre-approval and permits are important. Toronto requirements should also be confirmed before work.

What documents should I keep?

Keep permits, inspection records, paid invoices, equipment details, photos and any required municipal forms.
