Information we collect
We collect only the information you choose to provide through a service request, phone call or email. The callback form asks for your name, phone number and service type. Postal code and problem details are optional. Photo uploads are optional except on the dedicated photo-submission page.
How we use it
We use this information to respond to the service request, determine whether the property is within the service area, discuss the appropriate next step, schedule work when agreed, prepare estimates and maintain necessary customer-service records. A service request does not add you to a marketing list.
Uploads and retention
Files sent through the website form are stored in a protected server directory. We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary to answer the request, meet legal or operational obligations and resolve disputes.
Analytics, advertising and cookies
Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising tags use consent mode with optional advertising and analytics storage denied by default. If you accept optional measurement, these services may use cookies and first-party conversion data to help attribute calls, form activity and confirmed leads to advertising. Google Ads enhanced-conversion support is prepared for successful forms so, when enabled in the advertising account, eligible contact data can be securely matched for measurement. Campaign click IDs and attribution parameters may also be retained with submitted service requests so advertising can be evaluated against qualified leads and completed work. The website and contact options work if optional measurement is rejected.
Sharing and sale
We do not sell personal information. We may share information with providers that help host the site, deliver email, measure performance or provide the requested service, subject to appropriate safeguards.
Your choices
You may request access, correction or deletion of your information, subject to applicable legal and operational requirements.
