COMMON QUESTIONS

Clear answers before the work starts.

Is every wet basement a waterproofing problem?

No. Water can come from a sewer backup, plumbing leak, grading issue, foundation crack or groundwater. Diagnosis comes first.

Do you provide interior and exterior options?

We review the site and explain which approach addresses the actual source of water and the access available.

Will waterproofing qualify for the Toronto subsidy?

Some foundation-drain work may qualify when program conditions are met. General waterproofing is not automatically eligible.
